The Gram Partisans – The Hot Mammas – The Tumbleweeds

3 bands, 3 genres:
— The Gram Partisans (2-2.50 pm) are a Vancouver based roots folk group whose music combines their collective respect for many diverse musical traditions with beliefs in hope, integrity, justice and a long memory. They play mostly original songs that tell stories of courage, trust, imagination, and solidarity. They seek to challenge your views of what music rooted in social justice can sound and feel like.
— The Hot Mammas (3.05-3.55 pm) are the whole shebang – a delicious, all-you-can-eat feast for the eyes and ears. Seasoned entertainers Georgina Arntzen, Julie Brown and Mary Ella Young channel sizzling chemistry and infectious joy into live performances that feature cascading harmonies delivered as one voice. Accompanied by Tom Arntzen on piano.
— The Tumbleweeds (4.10-5 pm) play smokin’ hot outlaw country infused rock n roll!
